I acknowledge the sovereign custodians of the Turrbal, Yuggera and Quandamooka lands on which I live, create and work. I pay my deepest respects to their Elders past and present. The Turrbal, Yuggera and Quandamooka people have been making art and telling stories on this Country for many tens of thousands of years, and continue to do so.  I acknowledge their critical roles in the protection of the land, sea and sky.  I acknowledge that I stand on stolen lands, that sovereignty was never ceded and it Always Was and Always Will be Aboriginal land.
